Lusine is a distinguished legal advisor and strategic leader in the fields of Web3, FinTech, and regulatory compliance. As a highly accomplished lawyer and legal strategist, she delivers bespoke legal solutions in AML/CFT compliance, criminal, civil, contract, corporate, and commercial laws across multiple jurisdictions. With a strong international focus, Lusine advises companies, startups, founders, and professionals in high-risk sectors, guiding them through complex legal landscapes in jurisdictions such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, the United Kingdom, the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica and beyond. Hovsep is an accomplished lawyer, specializing in MiCA and crypto regulation, FinTech law, AML/CFT compliance, GDPR, DORA, TFR, NIS2, financial services, corporate and contract law.

With extensive hands-on experience, he provides strategic legal and regulatory support to companies and startups navigating the fast-evolving digital finance and compliance landscape. He is particularly skilled in advising on AML/CFT frameworks, crypto-asset regulation, payment systems (PSD2), data protection, and cross-border legal matters.

Hovsep holds a CySEC  and ACAMS  certifications. He is affiliated with the Metaverse Bar Association (Canada). As a certified AML/CFT Compliance Expert and FinTech Lawyer, he supports businesses with legal structuring, licensing, compliance design, risk mitigation, and regulatory interaction across multiple jurisdictions, including the Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, United Kingdom, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, British Virgin Islands, El Salvador, among others.
